Owner is a shady "stancy boi" who appears to pay most of his rent slanging spotty eBay and Ali Baba quality parts to the FB and IM crowd. I encountered said "stancy boi" through different channels and wish I had done prior research.
As you might expect, he is quick to take your money but slow - or simply unable - to deliver, beyond excuses and lies because "Stacy Boi" "gotta play some League," take a selfie, and hang with the "bros." But if you enter promo code "CHILL", you get 10% off.
Search the Internet and you will find a virtual Three-card Monte of business aliases: GCTuner, N5Tuner, Shop SFM. Wade through filtered photos of "my dope ride" with clichéd industrial backdrops, endorsements by the "bros" providing a veneer of competency, and you will find that he is allergic to customer service and a concept called honesty. A sampling:
"I've never dealt with a company that was so unreachable and doesn't give a f---."
"You literally emailed me a month later saying you must've skimmed over my email after I sent multiple and when someone answers the phone you are always on lunch or it goes to a full mailbox?"
"WARNING! Do not buy from GCTuner! My son saved for months to purchase a front grill for 2013 Genesis Coupe. He ordered online and paid $300 to wait 11 weeks for a flimsy piece of garbage that came in three pieces, was not true to size, uneven with gaps, missing foam pieces that should have been attached to the back of grill."
"…was shown as ‘in stock'. A month later, after being told multiple times that "it should ship any day" I finally decided to cancel my order. The response was ‘sorry, it can't be cancelled, it has already shipped'. They sent me a tracking number that was created THAT day. Your mileage may vary, but I will not order from them again."
Déjà vu.
Don't expect responses such as "I apologize," "Sorry," or "Let me try to make good" from "Stancy Boi." His fragility and limited vocabulary leave him only with "liar," "hater," or some dismissive emoji popular among tweens. "Stancy Boi" is simply too immature and self-adsorbed to admit he's burned a few people.
As you might expect from a "stancy boi," the ultimate focus is on appearance not performance.
