I signed up for TMobile on Black Friday. The trouble started BEFORE I even got my phone! Tmobile sent my esignature Docusign letter to my WRONG Gmail account! Docusign is a 3rd party app. Google/Tmobile must have attempted an unauthorized sync. I purposefully & aggressively block Google from syncing ANYTHING, so this wasn't me! I didn't notice until my DC was set up. Now I am completely effected two ways. DocuSign won't let me change me email. I can log in with the wrong email but when I tap *anywhere* on the mobile website, I am instantly errors out as not logged in. Call your rep? They can't do anything about it. Log into your TMobile account? I tried for an entire day! The day after Cyber Monday, the app was FINALLY WORKING. I logged in with my correct email and attempted to locate where TMobile stashed that incorrect email. No luck. They're STILL SENDING MY EMAIL TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. My correct email is the only email displayed. Try calling customer service? Their "humans" that they brag about are SWITCHBOARD OPERATORS that put you in "over two hours wait time" queues. Leave a call back number? All of Cyber Monday, that malfunctioned. It worked today. I got a call back. The man sounded like he was actually going to help me CANCEL the entire thing just as I want. He LIED! He had me on a different kind of hold for ten minutes to 'process' my cancelation. Then hear click! Nope, he didn't hang up. I got the brackish "Hang in there, you're being transferred to an expert!" I stayed on hold for 30 minutes just in case he returned. NOPE! Please help me get out from this contract! I am a brand new customer and have the right to a refund/cancelation! I don't even have the phone yet! I'm canceling not over the incorrect email, it's 99% the atrocious customer service! My name is misspelled on everything related to DocuSign. In addition, I received a "You have logged in from a new device" warning implying someone had logged in before me. They won't help me so far. I am begging. They just hang up the instant they pick up my call, I can't speak. I can't create a case. UPDATE: I reached DocuSign. A helpful rep helped me reach a perfect resolution with their site. They even had an IP log in history, no fraud log ins. No errors on their end although they did get the wrong email from Tmobile. After much thought, we could only suss out that the wrong email may have come from my shipping tag as my phone went to a different address. Lucky chance I still had that address in my Gmail pool to alert me. Josef from Tmobile contacted me from Tmobile, quite coincidentally an hour after this review was published. My refund will be processed once the phone returns. I will attempt to stop UPD from delivering. I think he told the truth as Netflix contacted me (Tmobile pays for Netflix.) Just so glad to be away from Tmobile

I used Cashstar for Ulta gift cards twice before and they came via email promptly. So I was surprised when I continued to refresh my cart at Ulta for an hour and a half waiting for the egiftcard. Ulta is offering a $20 ereward with $100 giftcards. That was ny motivation for ordering a $100 gift card for myself. See below, another hour later and my order is still "in process." Cashstar says, 'Oops, sorry, our system is down. We don't know when it will be up. We can process your refund after we take 48 hours for coffee breaks & lunches. Oops, sorry, we understand how you feel.' I told them not to start the refund as I wanted to contact PayPal for a dispute. Even though my transaction is still "pending," PayPal bot says I can't dispute 'This kind of transaction. Customer service will contact you in a few hours.' Gosh, Cashstar really feels bad about us. As they earn interest on our hijacked funds. My item sold out. My entire shopping schedule is spoiled. This company needs the state AGs to take action. Horrible customer service too. I spoke with two agents. They really don't care, utterly bored repeating their scripts. I hold little hope that my two prior erewards will be redeemable.

My spam box have never been so full since I tried this site. What a nightmare. The survey never ended. It went on and on and on constantly trying to get me to sign up for things with one wrong click. Awful experience. I want someone to tell me how to get the **** out of their database. No free product

After investing over 4 hours of my life to this site, I am at 1850 points. I have to earn 5000 points to cash out for $5. WOOHOO. Nope. Problem 1) screening questions asked by companies are ALREADY ANSWERED in your profile. It can take 5 minutes to get through screening questions only to be told that you don't qualify. 2) You sign your life away. Some of the surveys ask very private, inappropriate, biased and leading questions. My skin crawled. I am hoping I can thoroughly end my relationship with Bizrate and have them delete my profile data. I make far more REAL money with rebate reward apps just from living life.

Love the stores but not gamestop.com. See the "Oops! We couldn't process your payment" error online. I had two gift cards and a Mastercard and all the site would do was reject my card and empty my cart. The gift cards applied just find but I had to re-enter them with every attempt. Gamestop.com has known about this error for OVER A DECADE. Will they fix it? No. Would they take my order by phone as they promised when I first called? No. Will they give me a refund on the unusable gift cards I purchased? No. Everything boiled down to one thing: you HAVE to go to the store. I wanted to order ONLINE. TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE. I don't want to go to a store right now! Their business is stumbling because they won't take our money! Peaved! Stores, five stars. Website & related customer service, zero stars.

Trust that customer service won't help you. Consider this a solely brick & mortar company

I placed a $210 order tonight & it was a nightmare experience. First, the site kept asking me to verify my email. Which I did. But it kept asking. I gave up & bypassed to make a purchase. Apparently that angered order processing who canceled my order. I tried to verify again and re place my order. I was suspended. I spoke with two chat agents. One was kind but unhelpful. The other was snide. I hope that I get my money back. Two takeaways. One, Raise is ripping off Rakuten as Raise is unusable inside Rakuten's app. And two, I almost bought a Google Play gift card unaware Google Play can instantly and permanently suspend your account for using a resold gift card. I hope someone sees this review and soares themselves the hassle and uncertainty of the status of a large charge on their card

I get the impression that this is more of an AMZN business but they do have a skinny website. They offered a long preview video that really helped me decide. I used their website but abandoned my cart because trendy colors were sold out. But then they sent me a 10% "we miss you" discount code :). I purchased & the item arrived promptly & well-packaged. Very pleased with this small biz! I am ok with charcoal grey

I tried every possible launch stile and mobile browser. It is not possible to see my cart or checkout using my Android. I am testing products to make sure that they're 100% mobile accessible. I was told by their customer service to move to a PC. This isn't 1999. I am using another service
