My experience with Build.com was awful. I ordered a Kenroy lamp. Upon its arrival it was clearl damaged. You could tell the box had water damaged and smelled!. When I opened it, the wood finish on the lamp was bleeding due to water. I tried to return and Build.com would not take it. I tried to go to the lamp manufacturer, Kenroy. They sent me back to Build.com who never replied to my repeated attempts to contact them.
Do NOT support this business. AWFUL EXPERIENCE and I lost my money.
