Placed my order on 8th December money taken 9th December plus extra £11 for exchange which I was not informed about. Today is 21st January no goods no refund and no reply to any e-mails except one on the 24th December in broken english to say not to worry goods were on there way. Now been repoerted to my bank. AKA www.uggstore2011.com. Do not touch theses websites.
