For the past two years, I have been trying to get assistance with this safe—IT IS UNRELIABLE. The reliability of this safe opening is not a guarantee. I have spoken to many at Cabela's Customer Service and each time, I have been walked through the process of getting the safe to remember my finger print. And, it was not until today that I was told by both Stacy and Carol at Heritage Safe that it only takes a picture of your finger print so you would need to store several finger prints in various positions. For the life of me, I cannot believe no one was notified of this issue, this is a real security problem. For the past week AGAIN, I called Cabela's Customer Service at *******444 and was told by a gentleman that he would have someone from Product Support to call me, well, that was a week ago. Called today and reached Denise who said she could not find a record of my calls but she would stay on the phone until someone from Product Support was on the line. Patricia from Product Support answered and after I explained the problem, she admitted that there was a problem with this safe and suggested that I contact Heritage Safe at *******823. I spoke to Stacy at Heritage Safe and she walked me through the process several times to no avail. Her attempt was to have me put my finger print on the safe in various positions. PLEASE HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND WHY I WOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH THIS IN A LIFE AND DEATH SITUATION? For the life of me, I am not sure why I am the only one realizing that in an emergency, you don't want a gun safe to not open or have the gun safe alarm to start blazing!

Now that this is in writing, It has now become my goal to assure that anyone who reads this will know that this safe is not reliable and that they would be putting their life in jeopardy to continue using it as a gun safe. This is the Cabela's Biometric Personal (Quick Access Model) Safe. You have been warned!

Horrible customer service! My car was in an accident and we needed a rental for a few days. We picked up the rental car on a Monday. Was told that we would get something comparable to our car. Comparable was only only important because my Husband had surgery that required physical therapy and every other day, he would need to be taken to the physical therapy appointment and is unable to bend his knee so he needed something where he could extend his leg. Well, we arrive and a RAV4 is waiting —not nearly comparable and no explanations but the additional daily cost was charged. Several times, the rental car cut off on us in the middle of traffic. SCARY! Called on Saturday to their Emergency Roadside Service and the run around starts. I got so frustrated with them that I hung up. We were afraid to use the car much over the weekend. It is now Monday, hopefully, my car is ready for pickup later today and we can return this rental because it cuts off or is slow to start. Tried to speak to the Manager and he is too busy to take calls. Enterprise is not your rental Company and their Clinton, MD location is definitely not reliable or responsive! You have been warned!

UPS has stolen too many of my deliveries—you have been warned. Most recently, the Driver has pulled up in front of my house twice, looked through the truck for approximately five minutes and pulled off. Each time, my delivery status changed. This has happened before and the package is never received. Reported previous issue to UPS and they blow you off. Be warned!

Yesterday, I discovered that the two gift cards worth almost $200 are no longer valid. Surprisingly enough and unbeknownst to their customer's, Brookstone filed for Bankruptcy, closed their stores and re-opened approximately two months later but wiped their hands of all outstanding gift cards—what a MESS! Not recommended!

Absolutely not responsible! They are a waste of time. They scheduled an appointment with us to repair a washer and dryer and missed the appointment twice. We were originally scheduled for repair between 1:00 and 5:00. The Technician, *******822, called at 7:30 am to ask if he could come earlier, we agreed. He said he would arrive shortly but never showed. He lied and said he had come and we knew better because there is a camera which showed him parked across the street and never coming to the door. When we called to explain that he had not come, he got angry and said, "maybe I won't come today". We called Sears and spoke to Ernest who supposedly escalated the issue and assured us that someone would be out between 1:00 and 5:00. No one came or called! Don't waste your time with Sears Home Services, they are a mess.
