Ordered a kids car in January. Never received it. No customer service number, no response from emails. I canceled the order & informed my credit card company. MagicCars finally confirmed my canceled order but disputed my credit card dispute. Then a pompous dude representing the company called me and was unbelievably rude. Absolutely no customer service training. Constantly talked over me and after I hung up on him he called me back numerous time until I finally answered just so he could get one last word in. After 8 months Discover card finally ruled the dispute in my favor. This is a horrible company to deal with. Check their reviews and ask yourself why they have no social media presence.
