I have used their service for a year (Restoro) (paid in advance on 3/29/2021). The product was supposed to work for a full year so until 3/29/2022 Before my date that my service was supposed to end their product stopped working. I reached out to their customer service and instead of fixing the service that I had already Paid for, they wanted me to renew their service prematurely and add additional things that totaled almost $300. I told them I would not renew the service because it wasn't the correct time. Their customer service person would not take no for an answer. I told her I was very upset with her haggling me to buy the product again. I wasn't satisfied with their customer service as it was very aggressive and Unprofessional. After telling them to Cancel my subscription a few days later I was still charged for another whole year! I told not one but two of their customer service people that I did not want to renew! The second one said that I would be issued a refund but to wait two to three days. REFUND NEVER CAME. I went through paypal and I don't know what lies they told but I maxed out on the appeal process to get a refund and Paypal sided with them (even after they finally canceled my subscription. (they also told paypal that I never reached out to them and they had no documentation of any call between us! In addition my friend who worked for IBM and IT for other places such as hospitals told me to delete restoro off my computer immediately! After sifting through their paid testimonials I found the truth about them on sitejabber. THey are a scam company that used false positives and will mess up your computer if you try to delete their service! STAYYYYY AWAY!
