I am a client of Enercare of which Brookfield infrastructure owns. I have been battling with the ootp at Enercare for a problem their furnace maintenance people created in my home to which I have had to replace my furnace to the tune of 5600 the office isn't listening to the details of which they are responsible for and only want to give me a pittance of the compensation that they should be, but keep apologize for inconvenience. I have left a message on brookfield phone line and nobody from Brookfield felt it important to call me but send my information back to ootp who is unwilling to actually pick up the phone to talk to me.
The following is part of what's been happening After numerous attempts from me I still don't have unsatisfactory resolution to Enercare damaging my furnace by there maintenance repair people. Unsatisfactory customer service response and compensation to damage enercare has created. I've had Enercare cooling/heating maintenance plan and total home protection plan for almost 10years of living in our home. We religiously have them do the annual maintenance and have called to utilize repair of our furnace on a number of occasions for different reasons. February the furnace stopped working and we endured the calls to customer service to actually have a repair man come two days later. His assessment was that the coils were full of dirt and indicated that we were using wrong size filter which would have created the issue over time and tagged our furnace whereby he said it would cost us to have it cleaned, also said to never change this furnace it's solid not like ones today so I've been paying for the last 10years for them to manage and upkeep our furnace/air conditioner all while not doing their job. On occasion of them cleaning the furnace they have actually changed the filter themselves. No one ever indicated it was the wrong size. So when they came back days later to deal with the tag after we had to wait for a part to be delivered (which was the wrong one delivered). Upon cleaning the coils the furnace actually got hotter and they tagged it again saying we needed a new furnace and said he could have salesman over within the hour (but they couldn't fix my furnace for five days)So numerous calls to out of country call centre to have a manager contact me (which no one ever did) until I took to social media. I have since had another company install a furnace within 24 hrs of enercare tagging my furnace to the cost of $5600. Their social media person finally contacted me and heard the story first hand and said he would investigate and have office of the president take over "ticket". After I had to contact him back numerous time to receive an offer that doesn't compare to the issues Or cost I've incurred I told him wasn't acceptable and he finally sent my complaint to the office of the president. I had email back from representing ootp indicating they were investigating without anything back until I once again reached out a week later and once again took to social media. The response was that: enerecare will honour what Social media person has offered you as we have gone above and beyond for you due to the poor customer service you received. Again, if you would like to accept this offer please let me know and I will process it on your account. If not, I will proceed to close your file as we have records of previous maintenances completed and also you have not had any issues previously with the equipment." This email was received 8 pm on a Friday night and then the person went off work for this week so my response has once again on deaf ears.

I guess having had paying for 10 years and me having to replace my furnace because of their poor service and maintenance/ repairs over that time doesn't equate to much more than if you don't accept our offer we'll close the file and too bad so sad. So after numerous emails and phone calls this week no one from enercare have called me to discuss the issues And cost they created.

Im not asking for much and I had gone back with an offer I would accept but Ootp isn't even willing to discuss And won't even provide phone number just email saying they don't talk to customers
My want is to rid myself of enercare and am not asking for much. In addition Cancellation of my parents maintenance plan without penalty, Btw this past summer enercare refused to go into my parents house to repair their air conditioner saying that because there was covid in the house months before they wouldn't attend to fix it after they had this plan for years. My father is 90 yrs old, I would imagine that socially Brookfield and Enercare should be ashamed

Delivery terrible. Keep promising product and takes forever to come. Product sizing incorrect. Two rings 8.5/9.5 fit the same, for separate people delivered in same ring box. Emails back and forth with offers of credit for problems only to have retracted upon decision. Do not buy from juelia jewelry

Tip for consumers:
Be careful about sizing and time you need product. Put specific information for order. Don’t expect money back if disappointed with anything.

If the band is wide and thick, we suggest moving up a size from the measurement. For the ring box, if customer requests, we will send accordingly.
