The California State Auditor has responded to me with a letter [dated: 6/28/2022] basically saying they could not do anything to help me, which made me realize that they need to be dismantled as a government agency since they cannot or are unwilling to do anything for an average citizen with a legitimate complaint against another government agency.

The Government Claims Program finally responded to me with a letter [dated: 6/16/2022] stating that they would initiate an investigation into my claim and it so happens that in the midst of their "investigation", the EDD had contacted me via email for me to certify of benefits, which I did, but as it turned out it would be for only one week, and even a "continued claim" form that had been mailed to my address basically showed only for one week's worth of benefits, which I mailed back.

Not only have I not been paid the benefits I certified for, but the GCP mailed a letter [dated: 8/25/2022] to me stating that my claim was being rejected because "the State does appear liable for the claimed damages" and that I was "fully compensated for the Unemployment Insurance Claim that is the subject of this claim" and I say that both statements are complete LIES because there is no evidence has been shown to me to suggest an actual investigation was ever done and I have since shown proof that the State is liable, but tragically, stupid, cowardly, corrupt people have been allowed to be employed at our government agencies and reek all kinds of havoc within the system itself. Therefore, my position is that if agencies such as the EDD, the DGS and the CSA are being allowed to be dysfunctional, then they need to be dismantled immediately because intelligent people literally are being silenced so that stupid, cowardly, corrupt people can be paid to do absolutely nothing but cause confusion for those of us in genuine need.

Be advised that the California State Auditor (CSA) has sent a letter to me in response to my complaint and has stated that not only can they not keep me informed about the status of my complaint, but they cannot even engage in any kind of enforcement. I have filed a Government Claim with Department of General Services (DGS) and received a letter stating they were going to do an investigation, and on Saturday, July 30th, 2022, I received a "Continued Claim" form from the EDD, but for only one week of UI Benefits.

I am still owed $3,042.00 from my U. I. claim, which expired in September 2021. This is evident in my paystubs and checks when viewing how my payments have been issued without the additional $338.00. Plus, the EDD has stated that "you may be eligible for another extension.", which clearly shows that I am still owed the rest of my U. I. benefits.

I have since filed a paid Government Claim with the Department of General Services and have received no response from them. I have recently filed an online whistleblower complaint with submitted evidence to the California State Auditor (Case #I2022-0481) and I am now waiting for results from the CSA.

On June 1,2022, I paid IONOS for both a website builder and a domain name. I expected the payment to be a mere $12.00 for one year, then $5.00 every month, but I then discovered shortly afterwards that IONOS took $144.00 off my card.

I went ahead and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and IONOS refunded most of my payment to my card, which was $107.98, but then told me in my email that within 7 days they would take a payment of $12.00 from my card. I filed another complaint with the FTC letting them know about this latest problem and that I wanted IONOS to give me a full refund and for them to close out my account with them immediately, but unfortunately as of June 6,2022, IONOS once again took what was on my card, which was $107.98 (they actually tried to get another $144.00 from me, which forced my card to have a negative balance).

From my experience so far with this company, I have found IONOS to be totally dishonest, greedy, and not professional at all and from what I have seen from the online reviews here I expect them to continue on with their ruthless dishonesty, greediness, and unprofessionalism because companies such as IONOS really believe customers are totally stupid, can be easily fooled and taken for granted. Therefore, I am encouraging others to not only stay away from IONOS, but to also file official complaints with various consumer agencies, and if necessary, take legal action against IONOS over its blatantly corrupt business practices because an internet service company should not be ruthlessly entrapping its customers into unfair contracts designed to greedily keep drawing payments for its own wretched continued existence.

The IRS of Fresno, CA sent a notice to my address during December of 2019 (dated 12/2/2019) stating a refund due to me in the amount of $963.42, which was an adjustment to my earned income credit for my 2018 Form 1040. I was according to the notice to receive this refund within 2-3 weeks, but I have received nothing.

I have already contacted the IRS about this issue and I was told there would be an investigation and a letter was sent to my address about it. I have received some notices during January 2020 erroneously addressing another issue regarding my tax refund for 2018, which has been already resolved as of November 22,2019. An interest of 24.48 is included in the first half of my 2018 tax refund of 987.90.

The IRS in Fresno, CA was originally handling my tax refund, but then decided to send it to the IRS in Kansas City, MO, which finally issued the first part of my refund after I had obtained an IRS Tax Advocate in Portland, Oregon to assist me. His name is Robert Wicklund and can reached at *******580 and his ID is #*******833, which will be stated on his answering service.

I last contacted the IRS on the phone on January 29,2020 to address the issue of my notice stating my additional refund of $963.42. After waiting 30 minutes I was finally able to get someone on the phone and I then explained my situation to this IRS representative, but I was told by him outright that I was already paid my refund and that I was not going to get another one. I angrily responded by stating that I am going to get the rest of my refund and then I quickly disconnected my call.

Since that time, not only have I not received the rest of my 2019 refund, but I have not even received my 2020 refund of $1033. 00, which is still on record at www.efile.com, but I cannot get it released to me because I do not have the PIN that the IRS claims they sent me previously.

As of April 4,2022, my Vimeo account has been deleted because of so-called repeated violations in uploading videos not my own. I joined Vimeo in November 2021, but did not use the service until early March 2022, then I finally started uploading videos to the site. I uploaded three videos I had made, and the rest were from various tv programs. I had put fifty or more videos on the site and no one at Vimeo seemed to have a problem with that until I recently uploaded two tv program videos and they were taken down. Angrily, I took down all the other videos I had posted and reposted the ones Vimeo took down with some new video uploads. After I did that, my Vimeo account was closed for so-called "repeated violations" and that Vimeo does not allow me "to upload videos ripped from TV, movies, or anywhere else" as stated in an email sent to me by some Vimeo representative named "Morgan D", but this is an obvious lie because there are videos uploaded to Vimeo right now not made by their account holders, it's just that there was something about the two videos I had uploaded that was not liked and so they were taken down by one or more Vimeo representatives and the fact that I let Vimeo know I was not going to pay for their video service probably had something to do with their closing my account as well, but from my negative brief experience with Vimeo, and my reading of the negative reviews about that video platform, I can honestly say that Vimeo seriously needs to get its act together with their service because if not, then it is platform that seriously needs to be totally deactivated and never be allowed to be reactivated in any form whatsoever.

Just so it is known, the two videos I uploaded that were removed from Vimeo were "A Conversation with Muhammad Ali" (1968) and an episode from "The Name Of The Game" tv series entitled "L. A. 2017" (1971).
