I had planned a trip to Cuba and it was cancelled due to the covid19 virus ‼ Red tag called me and offered to book a flight at another time or refund, I asked for the refund and they said that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to credit me ‼ Within 2 days I received my full refund ‼ I will always book my vacations with them when ever I get a chance to travel! Customer service is excellent ‼
