I purchased a $160 Spa Circulation pump last May. Exactly 1 year and 1 month later, it no longer works. After contacting their "customer service", they first tried to blame it on my repair technician! After numerous emails, they said, too bad, so sad... your warranty was only for 1 year! Really!?! One year and one MONTH!
I requested a discount on a new pump... nope, sorry, prices are already wholesale.
Very disappointed with their lack of customer service. They surely don't care about retaining a customer!
