Offered coupon code, but said order did nit qualify when I tried to use it!
Nice quality, attractive styles.
When I choose an item to purchase, it would be nice to go back to that item to continue shopping rather than all the way back to the beginning of the catalog. Very annoying!

SS chains difficult to find.
I placed an order 11/29/09 and paid by PayPal. They received my payment immediately, but showed payment not received. After I emailed proof of payment, they gave me a tracking number; however, it was for someone else's order. Long story short, no Uggs, PayPal can't do anything to help get my money back, and I'm getting the run-around on my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They advise 24/7 help line, but it is not manned 24/7 and it sometimes took several days to get a response.
