$22.51 seemed like a good price for a book; for a tracking number? Not so much.
When the book didn't arrive as reported per the tracking number, I submitted a request for help online. There was no response.
I called the 800 number and talked to a sympathetic customer service rep who had no power to help me.
Because I actually need the book, I ordered, again, from a reputable seller, who happened to have the book on sale for $22.08.
In the end, I've paid $44.59 for a book with an MSRP of $26.
Doesn't seem like a great deal, does it? Next time, I'll just start with the reputable seller, even if the quoted price is a bit more.
I realize that this is a useless endeavor, but yelling into the abyss seems preferable to sitting quietly while being screwed over by HPB.
