It was my first and of course my last experience with Next. I bought a jacket from their eshop. Although the transaction was successful and I was waiting for the confirmation for the order, instead I received an email informing me that due to technical reasons the order won't be processed and the money will be refunded. After 24 hours I contacted the customer care service. They said that the amount is temporarily blocked and that it would be refunded in 48 hours. One week later I'm still waiting...
