Cooluli is the manufacture and is located in Brooklyn NY.
The cooler & warmer unit I purchased is defective in that
The LED displays never blank out as they are supposed to. They stay on continuously.
This is a serious defect because if the LED's fail there will be no way
To control the temperature.
According to their web site any defect will be covered 100% for 1 year and
It has not been 1 year for me.
Coooluli customer service states the LED display failure is not
Considered a defect. The customer service representative never
Called back with information from her manager as she promised. The e-mail I sent to be transferred to the manager was never responded to.
This company does not appear to back up their warranty.

It cost $21.38 for the product and $11.82 to ship it back.
It didn't foam up as described in video. I believe it was nothing more than
Laundry powder. When I called and complained the lady I spoke to said nothing
About why it didn't foam up as in the video shown on the internet.
This company is counting on the fact no-one wants to ship it back based on the cost.
The company is located in Orange county California but has a return shipping to Hayden Idaho.
