I ordered some parts for my truck. I pulled the part number from the actual part. They 'manufacturer' replaced that part with a different part number. I received the parts, and they did NOT work on my vehicle. I returned them after fighting with them that it was not my fault the 'replacement' part number didn't fit my vehicle. One RMA manager re-issued the return request with reason of 'wrong parts' instead of the original and incorrect reason of 'No longer needs'. I returned the parts, at this company's expense. They received the parts and 7 business days later I was wondering where my credit was. I called back in and the RMA manager took care of the credit the next business day. Come to find out, they charged me a 20% restocking fee even though the only reason I returned the parts was because the 'replacement' part number didn't fit my vehicle. I called back in, and spoke to another 'manager' in RMA called 'Joe'. He said the RMA paperwork said I would be charged a 20% restocking fee, and I said it actually says 'if applicable', and I don't think it is 'applicable' if the reason I returned the parts was because the 'replacement' doesn't fit the vehicle. We went back and forth for a while, then I said I want to speak to someone else, like his boss. He said he didn't have a boss and I said he didn't sound like the CEO and I wanted to speak to his boss. He was a horrible person! You should NEVER buy anything from this fly by night unethical 'company'. I use the word 'company' loosely because they have nothing about the CEO's in their website, they charge 20% restocking fees even when the buyer didn't order the wrong parts but they replaced them with a different part number. Their Phoenix address that I returned the parts to is 1309 E. Elwood St., Phoenix, AZ *******. They are an unscrupulous company and nobody should deal with them, ever!
