“Customer service STINKS”

This is a small company specializing in body oils. Good products HORRIBLE customer service! Missing product… included on invoice. Inquired and was told item out of stock refund issued. No apology and no response to 2 emails since the first one

Tip for consumers:
Just cross your fingers! Some fragrances are marked as out of stock but not all.

Products used:
I’ve ordered 4 times! Their oils are INCREDIBLE! You just never know if what’s ordered will show up.

“Don't Waste Your Time!”

I ordered 2 dresses from this company in October of last year. One dress received was NOTHING like the picture so I PAID to return it. I NEVER RECEIVED the 2nd dress and have been fighting for the last 6 months to receive a refund. They just sent it a couple of days ago and had the NERVE to issue a partial refund! REALLY! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

“Colors of outfit not as pictured”

I ordered the asymmetrical top in Royal blue and received it in Navy. Ive been going back and forth with customer service for almost 2 weeks. They only reply 1 time a day. They refuse to budge... I would have to pay return shipping for THEIR screwup. NEVER AGAIN!
