I had registered my item on 4/16/2022 Ryobitools.com and entered redemption code M3E5R87 to receive free rapid charger. Had a problem with our mower, went online to discover no account listed, Called customer service had to wait for call back 1 hour later only to discover, there are no more free chargers, they kept saying promotion ended 12/31/2022. But yet on 4/16 I entered in my redemption code to get it, I emailed Ryobi a number of times in 2022 NO REPLY. After talking with customer service no free rapid charger will be sent due to "promotion ended 12/31/22" if you did not get it you won't. This isn't right, RYOBI NEED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Customer service said I created account and all the items are registered so I just double checked, they are registered along with copies of receipts,. RYOBI NEEDS TO MAKE THE FREE RAPID CHARGER THAT I HAD REDEEMED ON 4/16/2022 RIGHT AND SEND IT OUT. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE I RECEIVED THE FREE RAPID CHARGER THIS WEEK 5/12/2023. VERY HAPPY RYOBI MADE IT RIGHT, AND WEBSITE IS FIXED AND I CAN ACCESS IT. GLAD IT WAS CORRECTED, RYOBI MADE IT RIGHT!

Tip for consumers:
AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION AND EMAIL, RYOBI FINALLY MADE IT RIGHT. I HAVE THE RAPID CHARGER AND I AM ABLE TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE TO ADD TO WHAT I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED. This took a while for it to be accomplished, by RYOBI MADE IT RIGHT !!!!

RYOBI BATTERY OPERATED LAWN MOWER - LOVE IT, JUST WANTED MY FREE RAPID CHARGER, FINALLY ARRIVED AND I AM VERY HAPPY RYOBI MADE IT RIGHT.

I recently was transferred via letter to UBS Wealth Advice Center in NJ which is a "robo advisor"
I was with the Cleveland Office for 20+ years. No explanation, no call from my advisor, as to why.
I decided it was time to leave them, for a number of reasons, UBS had made bad investments over the years, in June of 2022, I decided to put funds in CD to protect what was left. Advisor kept telling me everything will be ok. I decided against his advise and put it in CD. Before I lost anymore funds.
After being transferred to new Robo Center in December, 2022 my online account requested I answer questions on the web site to move forward. I choose not to answer and decided it was time to leave. Good thing I did, The new Center has lots of fees after reading the disclosures and determining they were not good for me. I closed my account in Feb. 2023, UBS could not issue a check to my new financial institution c/o my name on the check. It cost me $100.00 to terminate and another $8.00 for an overnight check. I have 60 days to deposit into a new IRA so as not to be penalized by the Government. There is no reason this couldn't have been accomplished other than UBS didn't want to do it. I had supplied them with paperwork and they stated that is NOT how they do their transfer to transfer. My advise, look for a company that has your interests i.e. Fiduciary investments, as they will always do what is best for you and not what is best for the company. I am glad I am done with UBS, but at my age, this should NEVER had happened. I should be enjoying retirement not having to research a new facility. It took me almost 70 days to make a new choice. It was difficult, time consuming, and well worth my time, but again it should never had happened.

This is a scam website, DO NOT ORDER anything from them, you create an account and you cannot delete it. There is no place to remove a credit card. Your order will not be processed and website will not advise what the problem with the order than you getting "FAILURE" The phone number to contact them is just a voice mail, they do not call back. EMAIL *******@HENRYMILESM.COM AND NO ONE REPLIES
I discovered this is a SCAM website, do not use. Reported to BBB about them. And am checking credit card as I placed an order with them via the website and could not delete any of my information.

That old saying if it is too good to be true it probably isn't. TRUST your gut "feelings" I should have known better, but the price was too good to pass up.
That is why it is too good to pass up, the company will use your information and sell it.

Every day, I receive phone calls from 330.480. And various last 4 digit numbers each state Youngstown Ohio, I have requested them to take me off their call list, as you cannot block them, due to fact each last 4 digit is different number, but Caller ID is always Youngstown OHIO. It is someone calling from Columbia Gas, trying to get you to switch to their supplier and get a $50.00 credit. This goes on 4 to 5 calls per day. I started to keep track of each calling number, date and time to manually document. I am going to report to OHIO DO NOT CALL, as they won't stop calling me. I have documented over 20 different numbers.

I've received calls from Caller ID, St. Elizabeth Youth, and I checked on via spydialer that it is HMIS and the company is spoofing the Caller ID to read St. Elizabeth Youth. I get 2 calls per day, and each time.
I have not answered, this last time, I did answer and they hung up when I asked what this has to do with St. Elizabeth Youth. Something needs to be done, about people/companies spoofing another number to make calls to people. I can only add so many to my blocked number listing, and I don't have the funds to purchase a blocking device for my land line. This is crazy. Government needs to address this problem, as I believe a lot of people are being scammed.

Since we have a new paper carrier, as our original one is out. Our paper is tossed, into the ditch, driveway, street. Any place other than the PAPER BOX. I have called and complained a number of times, but yet it continues. Gazette states they will inform the person again. I am tired of "hide and seek" with the paper.
How many other people have the same problem. And yet it continues. WHY?

When you are a seller on ebay, your active listings will show Watchers, Que and Bid, I have a problem with the Watchers, Why doesn't ebay have a limit on number of days a person can be a WATCHER on a item.
I have alot of items, and always shows the same number of watchers on the item. It is very frustrating as these people have been watching for over 30 days. If you haven't purchased by 30th day, you really NOT going to. Ebay will send out notifications to the buyer about their watchlist, and the BUYER CAN TURN OFF THESE NOTIFICATIONS. Buyer here is a thought DO THIS - Remove an item from the Watchlist: Simply tick the box beside each item and select Delete. You can select and delete multiple items at once. This way the seller will have current data on the WATCH section of selling.
Wouldn't it be nice if the BUYER would do this.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer does have the option to remove the item they are watching from their watchlist. They also receive notifications from ebay periodically. Please do not ignore these notifications, nor turn them off. They are there for a reason. It helps for the seller to have accurate information when selling. I have had the 15 watchers for the same items for more than 30 days. That is just crazy. You know you are not going to buy the item at this time.

Ebay sells alot of different items, I buy and sell on ebay and it is very good, except for the Watchlist for buyer and WATCHERS for sellers. As buyers will forget about the watchlist and you are always see the same number of watchers for more than 30 days now. There should be some type of limit for Watchlist on buyers section, if they don't buy a item in 30 days. Stands to reason they are not going to buy it.

WHAT HAPPENED TO FREE ACCESS to the records
Now we have to join Ancestry to get access to something that was free?
I refused to do it, if others refused maybe it would influence Family Search to cut the cord,
And they would out rank Ancestry!
Until this happens MY FAMILY TREE HAS DIED

As we move to the age of SMART technology regarding TV, let me give you my thoughts on the subject. I still have cable TV, old VCR and old Soundbar. With the new TV, I had to create antenna app in order to watch movies, DVD on the old VCR, took me awhile to figure it out. Also had to refigure connections to new TV as old VCR/DVD does not have HDMI. Sound Bar is another complete story, the Digital Optical Cable doesn't work, so again I discoverdd I needed a converter for Smart to Analog in order for the sound bar to work. Just ordered the converter and will hook up once it arrives. What happened to the easy way of connecting things. Not everything has HDMI connections. With new technology comes additional expense to connect everything. To make matter worse, because of Cable TV, not all channels have HD, so if you are watching TV, on a 60 inch TV your screen size is only 50" inchs. If you try to adjust the settings, then when you switch to channel that takes us the full screen, you loose the information telling you about the problem,, even the Channel Guide is too large to be useful. So back to AUTO settings, and had I known all of this I would have thought twice about new TV.

Nothing but problems since I signed up for 2020 part D. First they claim doctor never sent in scripts, then only to discover they had them, and would be able to fill. Week later still no med, so I asked for my local pharmacy be sent scripts. Now is time to renewal, again Envision has to contact Doctor to get his OK. They already has his authorization to fill by the script back in January, 2020. I again got angry told them to cancel and I would fill with local pharmacy. DO NOT USE THIS PLAN, NOT WORTH THE HASSEL.
