The representatives falsely portray themselves as working for Opatra. They lure you by bringing you to the Opatra website to prove that the Synergy machines are as expensive as they say and show the lifetime warranty on the site. I was also able to see the site has a 14-day full refund policy.
The booth they operated did not have any signs warning customers that all sales were final/no refunds.
They have you sign their cell phone and then put a receipt in your bag with the company policy that says No Refunds/Final sale.
The management and representatives do not want to tell the truth about the bait and switch operation they have and they will not take the merchandise back.
If the products are so good why won't they take them back?
Why won't they answer the Better Business Bureau complaints?
Because they are untruthful, sneaky, and liars!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
