Several orders that I paid for never shipped. After attempting to contact their customer service through live chat, their ticket system, and international calls over several months without any responses, I had to do Paypal chargebacks, only it had been too long and they were ineligible. They did cancel the orders, but refunded my money as store credit rather than returning it. Paypal issued me a refund to one order that they did eventually ship, and as a result they closed my account, thus stealing the store credit. They literally stole $600 from me.
