Horrible customer service and never has sizes you need nor gives you an update on when clothes you would like to

They said yes, I am ok to move forward with closing
My account. Then I get an email today stating I owe $14.47
Interest & have to deal with 3 snot pot online employees. Gross! How low class is this company! To think I have been a dedicated customer for over 10 years! Do not trust them, they are incompetent, rude, & uneducated. Peace Out VENUS!
