“I cancelled my subscription back in January, & they billed me in February!”

Why would they do this? Now, I'm fighting to get my 9.95 back! I did cancel my PayPal! Good luck billing me again! Left several messages… *******190. Recordings then say you have to leave a message! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
