What Internet Marketing does, is sell happiness. People are looking for items or knowledge and Internet Marketing usually provides what the people are looking for. When they find it they are happy!

Our job as marketers is to find the people who are looking for what we have to provide. We do that through tags, traffic, word of mouth, advertising, and many other sources. Sometimes we get the right people to our site other times it is a complete miss.

Along with our product, it is extremely important that we provide service. No matter how good the product is, if the potential buyer believes we don't care about the purchaser, that buyer will likely keep searching. If it is after they buy that they believe we don't care, then they may very well become irate and tell the world.

Unfortunately, those who don't care often poison the pot for the rest of us. We have to work harder to convince the buyer that we are providing quality products and services.

Of course, we all want to make money! But, long term, the money is no good without the support of our buyers. Ethics helps our companies grow and maintain that growth. We become leaders in our industry. We can use our money not only to help our families, but also to help others. We feel very good about what we do.
