Ordered an HP toner cartridge on 5/6/12 (Sunday), waiting until following Friday to check status thinking 5 business days should be plenty of time for it to have shipped already. And all website said was order status "processing". Emailed customer care 5/11/12 for status question their "processing" status after 5 days. Got response... "I confirm order xxxxxxxx placed and will ship within 24 hours via UPS from our Dallas warehouse. I apologize for the delay in shipping of package due to unforeseen circumstances which is not a normal practice of Databazaar." I waited the 24 hours and checked the status again, but it was still "processing", so on 5/16 email for status again. This time same pre-canned response again, "I confirm order xxxxxx placed and will ship within 24 hours via UPS from our Dallas warehouse. I apologize for the delay in shipping of package due to unforeseen circumstances which is not a normal practice of Databazaar" I finally did receive the product on 5/18, which is the same day they finally actually emailed me a tracking number. All the while the website never said anything other than "processing", even now on 5/19 it still shows that same status with no tracking info. This is really bad customer service! Databazaar get with the program there are hundreds of websites to choose from that immediately post tracking information as soon as it's known, or at least integrate their business with carriers that will email your customers.
