I had ordered a music box that stated in stock. Mind you they say their products ship within 1-2 business days after order is placed. It took over a week for me to get anyone to respond as to what the delay was on my order. It took me starting a protest to get a reply. They proceeded to tell me my item was on backorder in which I never got that info on my confirmation email or state it on the website. I got an excuse that it doesn't show that on a PC or tablet, neither were used in this case. (Poor excuse). I then noticed after I escalated my claim through PayPal that this company sent me a "refund" which is taking more than a week to make it back to my Paypal and states the claim is closed. I suspect they have more than one PayPal account to do business as their PayPal email is p a y p a l *******@artistgifts.com. No, it's not closed. Only PayPal will provide an email stating the claim is closed.
This company is also based out if Mexico after doing research on them. Be very careful when ordering from these small companies, there are FEW that are legit. This one, not being one.
