New principal has not staffed middle school. ALL math is taught by a NON math "teacher". The PE coach is the teacher preparing students for HSPT exams and high school. I would NOT this school. SUB PAR MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM. Why pay for that? There are much better options for FREE

The once friendly environment has seemingly turned against the older customers -some have actually been sent an email from body alive notifying them that their memberships (some were years long) had been TERMINATED-The reason was that they were overheard discussing the class amongst each other after class.They preferred the additional 15 min of guided stretching as opposed to a shorter class of 45 min but without stretching. 4 people I know (all over 50 years old) have been sent this type of termination email from them. The rudeness in the studio is at a peak which is a huge disappointment since all of the staff HAD been amazing and fun friendly people (to us over 50). I feel extremely judged and unwelcome. Any feedback to them could result in them terminating my membership.

Halara.com does not give an address to send returns to. The online return portal requires pictures of item to return. Halara.com responds daily by email but does not supply an address. The return policy specifies to NOT return items until following procedures. After several email exchanges from "The Halara Team" NO RETURN ADDRESS HAS BEEN PROVIDED and the latest email from them states they are a " young company" and "cannot supply a return label" at this time. NO ADDRESS has been provided again.
