They charged me $89 after I canceled. I know for a fact I canceled because I took a screenshot. They wont respond to me. I can't download their app (it just loads), won't let me login on the website, etc. When I called they didn't help me at all. On facebook they see and ignore my messages.
All for signing up for a free trial. Ridiculous. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank.
Tip for consumers: Don't expect to get in touch with anyone if you need help. They try to make it impossible to get a refund.

I signed up for a free trial, and then canceled my membership the same day. I was charged after 2 weeks and somehow my membership was active again. I smoke to a representative that told me I could not get a refund.
PayPal gave me one, so sucks for them I guess! :)
Be careful, after some digging I found out they do this to a lot of people.
Tip for consumers: Don't sign up for a free trial, they will still charge you if you cancel and then will try to not refund you.
