They sold me a part that everyone else only sold as a set (extra parts I would not need). I was a little concerned when the response emails were more of a plain generic no frills type, also lacking a tracking number(my only complaint). If the simple email keeps their cost competitive, don't change. I called for the tracking number, they took the time to look it up and explain that it had actually been delivered to my house the day before. They asked me to look while they were on the phone to verify it was there and it was (behind a plant). I have purchased quite a few online parts. This was the most prompt delivery of a quality part at a reasonable price. They will be my first choice in the future.
I wanted to leave 4 3/4 stars.
