I have been dealing with Verus for a number of years. If you want CPAP supplies, they can provide them. They also will constantly call you to order more. This is a nuisance but the supplies are good.

Since I don't need supplies as often as they suggest, I declined their suggestion to order more. The sales rep suggested that I try a sample of a new mask. I said that would be fine. They sent a full set of supplies with the new mask. I tried the mask for two minutes and hated it. I called them and was given a return label via email and was told I would not be charged for the sample. The unused masks were scheduled to be picked up the next day. Since then, I've received two bills for the entire shipment. I've called but billing but they say that they don't know anything about what customer service said. Customer service doesn't know what was billed. Neither know what has been returned.

Even after two calls and a discussion with a manager, the problem is still unresolved.

Tip for consumers:
Caution when dealing with this supplier. Don't accept samples unless you have in writing that you will not be charged for them.
