It's been over a month since I placed my order (May 5th, 2021) and was charged for it, and I still haven't received the package (June 9th 2021). I was supposed to receive the package in Mexico. The last update I received was on May 14th and the package was, for some reason, sent to the country of Qatar. I know the shipping is done by a third party but apparently Hey Silky Skin chooses the most basic service to ship its packages which makes them "untrackable" and, of course, with no insurance. I was in contact with one person at the customer service department and they told me to contact the shipping company. When I got back to them, to let them know the shipping company couldn't help me, and asked what their company's policy was for undelivered packages, they stopped answering my e-mails. So, I DON'T RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT IF IT INVOLVES AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. If the package wasn't able to make it from the U.S. to Mexico, I can only imagine what would happen if you order it from other countries which are farther away. The company won't take responsibility. I'm really disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying their product.
