We tried to help our community by donating items that we no longer needed. Only to see it go online for an outrageous price. We were so disappointed! We like to donate when we can just to share our blessing with others. Goodwill does not practice Good Will, they are in it to make a profit.

We have several thrifts stores in our area that help missionary work, and children we now donate to them. They keep our donations on site and don't price gouge people for items they got for free.

We started out with this company when they called themselves CitiFinancial. We had a loan with them for years and and we made extra payments. They barely applied any of the amounts to the principal, even though we paid extra. We wanted to refinance with them to get the a better interest rate and they said we didn't qualify for a lower rate. They are a bunch of CROOKS! They outright lied to us. We went to Farmers National bank and got a loan rate that was 6.27% lower. Farmers told us we had a great credit score. We should have left those crooks long ago they got thousands of dollars from us with their deceptive practices! Do not use this company you will never get out of debt.

We had HughesNet for about 2 years. It was the only internet we could get because we are out in Amish country. Everyone we contacted said they needed so many subscribers per mile before they even come down our road. The Amish don't even use electricity let alone internet. So we got HughesNet. We didn't know how to change the password, one of our neighbors kids kept stealing our Wi-Fi signal. Since we only had 5 GB he used up most of our internet before we could even get to it. Once you use your lot of data they slow it down so bad that you cannot do anything. We finally changed our password, but we still didn't have enough data. You did the most simple things and it would use up all your data and then it would be so slow you can use it. Don't even try to watch a movie with HughesNet all you will get is buffering, buffering, buffering. We finally got CenturyLink and there is a world of difference. We only have 5 GB with them but they are cheaper than HughesNet, and if they do slow it down we have never noticed it.

I wanted to write a check. I filled it out and they told me they couldn't take my check and gave me a print out of what to do. So I had to call the corporate office and talk to them. They said that a woman with my name in Illinois had written a bad check. Mind you the bank was different the address and state was different the check routing numbers were different. So I had to drive 20 miles physically go in the store call the corporate office again have them talk to the service center and show my ID. After all that I could write checks again. I didn't get an apology for the embarrassment, the inconvenience or the sheer aggravation. I haven't shopped in a Walmart since. I order online but I won't go in their store.

I have tried repeatedly to get on to Rite Aid website. I have tried calling customer service. I tried calling the store. No one answers the phone. I needed to schedule a flu shot. But I can't get on the website I can't contact anyone I've emailed. No one answers anything. Some of the poorest customer service I have ever seen. This is the message I get on the internet whenever I try to go on their site: Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.riteaid.com/" on this server.

My Dad took his watch in to Kay Jewelers for a battery. The girl behind the counter made a big show of putting a battery in. She pretended to open a new battery, and put it in. Then she said it's not working so it must not have been the battery. We can send it off for repairs for $100.00. He declined and she didn't charge him for the battery. This watch was a gift from my Mother to my Dad. We lost her June 6,2020, the watch means a lot to my Dad. My husband and I took it to White Jewelers and they put a battery in and it is working fine. My Dad was so happy. His grief has been overwhelming, and it makes me furious that someone would try to take advantage of him!

We have always paid our bill on time. We got a letter from Chase saying they were raising our interest rate in order to increase their profitability. We complained and they didn't care. Then this year (2021) when the mail service was having problems and mail was being delivered late. They charged us a late payment fee. We got our bill two days before it was due, we paid it as soon as we got it. They show they got the payment one day after it was due. So they charged us $28.00 for a late fee. All the other banks and credit card companies we deal with sent a letter saying because of the mail delays they would waive late fees. Chase sent out a notice that they were raising their late fees to $40.00. They are only interested in how they can get your money. Do not use them for anything! Maintain your profitability, avoid Chase at all costs!

I love Chewy! I have never been disappointed. I can find things cheaper here than I can locally and I always receive my order in a very timely manner. I have to give my cat Immune Support on a daily basis. I can't afford what the Vet charges for their product. I wish my Vet didn't charge $10.00 for prescriptions or I would use their services for that too. They have fantastic prices and great products. Their service is outstanding! Edited: August 24,2023. We were having problems with our dog having food allergies. So I bought a base mix from the honest kitchen through chewy. My dog couldn't eat it. So I got on chat with them and ask if I could return it I had only used a quarter cup. The representative told me that they do returns on a case-by-case basis. She told me that they would refund my money and there was no need to return it at this time. She told me to just go ahead and donate it to the humane society. They really are a fantastic business.

I entered all the information on my great Aunt and included a copy of her obituary! They allowed someone else to come along and change every thing! I had all their children entered their children. It is all gone! I spent a long time entering this information just to have someone else come along and delete it. I am done with the site! Why bother to do a family tree when a stranger can change it all!
