Received package on 27 February 2019 without free apparent mascara. The outer package was not damaged, however when I opened the package the box that My Perfect Eyes was in was broken, and I noticed that the use by date was the 04/2019 = April 2019. As stated its supposed to be 100 applications which you would think would equate to 100 days (if used every day) i then opened the box, to find that the actual container was open. I took photo's of this and sent them immediately to *******@theperfectcosmeticscompany.com and I have still not received a response after contacting them several times, asking for a refund for a redundant product.
Poor form from the company, and reporting them to Fair Trading. I have also RTS package, so no longer have the lies in a bottle, but have not heard from them - 19.03.2019

Should be able to give a negative 5 stars. Still waiting on an "express" delivery that was to take 5-8 business days. It has now been 10 business days. Items were ordered and paid for on the 13 November. After sending 2 emails they send this which was 7 days after I had placed the order:
