I purchased an item for the first time and I need to return it. It is written in the return policy you need an RAN number on the return, or they won't accept it.

I am unable to log into my account to get an RAN number and I have to change my password each time I try to log in and no matter how many times I change my password and attempt to login I am unable to login and my account is "temporarily suspended." I even tried to check them and go in and try and purchase an item and entered my email address and they say I had an account, so I tried to log into that account and receive the message: "We're unable to send the password reset email."

I have written them several emails and I have been in touch with the help desk and their help desk sends me a password change link, which I use and then my new password is not recognized by Boutique1and then I start all over again. Now, their helpdesk won't respond to me.

Thank God I use PayPal to Conduct my transaction. I know they will protect me.
