Would you believe that after over a month of being moved out of this apartment we're still dealing with them? There is another review stating that you get charged a massive water bill upon move out. It's true! It's true that they also send you to collections. We got a letter from collections LESS THAN A MONTH after moving out. My husband called to talk to them about it. After several times calling the office and getting no response, we sent them an email. Wouldn't you know they responded to that but can't answer the phone ever. They called my husband back and proceeded to talk down to him. We have paid every bill, on time without any issues. We just wanted to understand the charges being filed because it seemed like a high bill for what it was. Cindy told him that he "needed to own up to the responsibilities and pay the bill" and when she started talking rudely to him, he said he wasn't going to be talked to that way and that he would be dealing with corporate instead of her - to which she said "go ahead and call corporate."

I'm appalled at the way this complex treats their residents who have always paid on time. We don't mind paying the bills we owe, but you're not going to talk down to us. I'll say it again, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else!

This has been the worse experience we've had for an apartment complex. Our neighbors have been smoking pot now for over 6 months. I have a one month old baby and DO NOT want to smell smoke in our apartment. However, every time we go to to the office manager and tell her the problem, she says "just send us an email" or "we've started the process." So we're supposed to just sit in our apartment with our new baby and smell this smoke with no end in sight. It even says in the lease that this is cause for eviction, but here we are 6 months later and nothing has been done. Not only this, but we've had a sewer smell in our spare bathroom since we've moved in. They say they're going to fix it. However, when they come in and do their "treatment" the problem is still there. This has happened for roughly a year. This is the worst excuse for a manager and apartment complex. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.
