They took 12 business days just to notify me that two things I ordered were out of stock. That's 17 days later if you include weekends. They SAY processing should take 1-3 business days.
Another time they were out of stock of something I had already ordered as well. (So, two out of the three orders I've made they've been out of stock of things they supposedly had at the time of my order)
They have a little disclaimer that says that they delete out any reviews that have any "defects" with their Nicki's brand stuff. So, even though they won't always give you a full refund, they'll still delete your review.
The positives, I suppose, are that they carry a good variety of things. If they didn't have issues with not actually having some of the things you are buying, not filtering out reviews for defects, customer service, etc... they could have a really great company/website.
