This is a reliable costume wig purchasing site. To date, I have made 2 purchases here. The one wig, a skin-top ponytail style, did not hold to my hair well(this is no fault of the wig- my hair was too thin to form a decent anchor where the attached comb was) but was still quality product. The other wig was as advertised, worked well, and very easy to style. I finger-curled the upper spiky hairs, and they stayed curled all on their own.
Delivery is satisfactory, and the product range is wide. I plan on shopping here again.

I had heard good things, so I decided to chance a large order. Turns out they are not the good shop they once were. They only get a 2 because I finally got my money back, or it would have been 1 star.
I ordered early November, was told one wig would need to restock and this would delay the arrival. I was ok with this and altered part of my order- swapping one wig with another that was in stock. I was told it would ship out Monday. I email them two weeks later because I still had no shipping email. I was told it would be shipped ASAP. I email back early January, saying if they can't ship it out within two weeks, they should give me my money back. I got a paypal money returned notice, but not once any apology for the months I spent waiting for my wigs.

I went online to buy two easels, and had added two easels to my cart when I decided not to get them after all. Unfortunately, my phone chose that time to resize the screen, and I hit Buy instead of Remove. I called to cancel the order, but there was no answer because it was a Sunday. I left a message, but still got the order confirmation the next day before it was to ship.
I replied to the confirmation email asking them to cancel the order, and it was cancelled and my money returned in less than half an hour. I didnt actually get anything from the site, but their quick and hassle-free cancellation impressed me.
