I had the worst customer service experience with Rishi Tea. By all means, stay away and go support POC & Black owned businesses instead. I asked for a refund on a teapot, as I didn't like the quality, and was told I have to pay the return shipping on my own - that's fine. I paid priority & tracked shipping and was told it would be refunded in about 4 weeks. Nearly 2 months after, of me periodically checking in and asking (no one ever reached out to me), they stopped responding to me. They had the teapot - it was confirmed on the tracking number - but were refusing to return my money. I felt helpless so the only thing I could turn to was social media. I wrote on Twitter & Instagram - miraculously, I got refunded in 20 minutes. Someone else commented on my comment and I told them Rishi Tea had refunded me, but had not apologized. The day after, they finally apologize and try to offer me a $20 gift card. I decline and ask them to donate it to Fair Fight or Know Your Rights Camp. And what did they do? They deleted my comments on their Instagram. So awesome, thanks. *Great customer service*

Update - they've sent me an email gaslighing me saying I was wrong about the timing of the refund. Said they've donated + blocked me on all their social media.
