If I had looked at the reviews of this company, I wouldn't have shopped here. As it was, I did a sleep study and ordered products. After completing the sleep study, I ordered my supplies (I was told by the nurse-practitioner she would send the Rx right to the company). After a week of no order confirmation or any emails from the company, I got on the chat to say I hadn't received any information. The woman on the chat practically scolded me that I should have an order confirmation. I called the company, and was told they couldn't send the stuff because they hadn't receive the Rx. So I had to make ANOTHER appointment, wait a week for that, and the nurse-practitioner had no excuse for why she hadn't sent the prescription. I waited another week, called the company again, and they had just sent it out. I ordered nasal pillow replacements and after two weeks hadn't received my stuff. I sent them a chat and the reply gave me my order number and the tracking information -- the information I had included in the chat. I cancelled the order. Reading the reviews now, I hope to get my money back. Stay away from this company. I'm asked to include proof of purchase to verify myself, but I don't have the receipt from January, and I never received the replacement items. Poor customer service.
