I was attempting to contact the tennis channel because I had paid for it to watch the French open and now the French open was over. I wanted to watch more tennis but it denied me access. I could not sign in. So I went on line for the tennis channel for phone number and one number did not work, I tried to enter the code on the channel also. All of a sudden this Indian man from India cam on the phone and I explained what happened with the tennis channel and that I did not get to see the finals of the French open because it was shown of nbc sports. Well he lied to me and said he would get the tennis channel back up and give me for free nbc, nfl and espn and I told him I hated football so don't bather with that. He said no charge for the extra sports channels. I had already paid $116 for the tennis channel. I had a problem with losing my credit card so I thought maybe the charge did not go through I asked several times if they were a third party and charging me a fee and they lied to me and said no. Put me on hold several times and because the Indian mane had poor English skills the charge did not go through because he did not write the information correctly. So I called my credit card to find out problem and correct. Called back and spoke the the Indian man who put a supervisor on the phone again asked about the charge for 116 dollars and was this for the tennis channel he said yes even though I saw nbc written on the contract but he was like a used car salesman and he distracted me and I had a bad feeling and I diagnosed the contact believing it was for the tennis channel and the original was never charged. I called my other credit card and they told me the tennis channel charged me 116 dollars on 5/31/21. I realized I was a victim of a scam so then I googled the name of this company and saw they did this scam all the time. I contacted my credit card to inform them I would dispute the charge.
You should see all the similar complaints.

Hot spot popped up on my iPhone stating there was a security issue. I did not provide permission for services. Hot spot attached to my account like a virus with 5 ongoing upcoming payment options for the next several months starting at 12.99 a month up to 99.00 a month. I have attempted to cancel the subscription several times, however pressing cancel does nothing and Apple charged my credit card. Although I know how to perform investigative searches I could not discover how to text Apple to not charge my credit card and to remove this application from my regular charges. I finally did write Apple and decided to remove my credit card so this site no longer has access to my credit card. I do see they have a history with the FTC of issues with charges.

Tip for consumers:
States you can obtain service for free so what would be reason to purchase. Something is a miss.

I see HelloFresh advertising, saw specials I decided to ordered, my sister and me. Completed information including giving credit card information. After extensive review of the meals with my sister, the meals were not going to work, lots of sausage, pork, beef, spicy food, though had vegetarian they were spicy. Many dishes very ethnic that I could not pronounce the name of food. Site not user friendly to contact customer service. Explained the above, they canceled ordered refused refund. I contacted my credit card who stated charge went through and I did not have product.
