Love the site. The sales were excellent today and I just couldn't say no.

EOrdered from them sometime back and they delivered great quality bulbs. Ran out of some, but offered a choice of some others. Would use again.

I have ordered from Easy to Grow several times over as many years. They have a reputation for very nice bulbs, which they are. However, they do like to bait you in with a novel item which they will inevitably cancel and send all the other things you may or may not have really wanted.

Over the pandemic, they seem to have been stretched thin. I always say I'll never order through them again, but they chum me in with a new thing every season. Now, if you are living in a place where you get hard freezes and it matters when you receive your fall planted bulbs, I would tell you to steer clear. The quality is great but I am afraid you won't be able to get them into the ground. I live on the West Coast and was able to plant my daffs and tulips around Thanksgiving. Later than I'd have liked. Probably not possible to do in Minnesota or Wisconsin.

Finally, their shipping in general is slow. They must get their product from other growers. This is fine, but instead of holding things up for everyone, they should drop growers who cause them delays in shipping orders promptly. You will have a hard time getting ahold of them if the need should arise. You'll get your things, but on their time.

Good product, increasingly bad customer service.

I've bought from Gilbert Wild a couple of times now, totalling over $100 worth of product at the moment. They ship both bareroot and plugs with healthy roots and leaves (when applicable).

I find their pricing to be reasonable and their shipping to be quick enough. They really are one of the best you can hope for if you are ordering plants by mail.

I've ordered from Gurney's and lots of other Garden's Alive companies in the last few years. Pandemic aside, their fulfillment abilities were never great but now they are downright atrocious. They continually push your delivery date. Originally, I was supposed to receive my order in April of 2022. By the time I cancelled, they had an ETA of early June.

On the cancellation, they only refunded less than half. I am still after them for the rest. If I can't recoup the cost then I will have only lost about $30 or so. A small price to pay to know that Gardens Alive brands are trash. If you know of a local nursery or mail order outfit, you are probably better off than ordering the diseased and ineffective trash they send.
