I tried placing an order for some Roxy jeans because they sold out on Roxy's official site, but Jeffrey-michael.com said they still had the jeans in stock. My payment was declined. I should have stopped there but instead I tried again and received a confirmation that my payment was processed. I was given an order number. I never received an email confirmation. I returned to the website 2 days later and it said my payment had failed, but my bank statement shows the payment went through. I tried contacting someone but there is no phone number, email or address listed on the website. The messaging system on their site kept giving me errors.

My conclusion is that this is either an abandoned website that is running itself somehow, or it's a scam. Either way It's been over a week and I've had no success getting my order taken care of so I told my bank it was a fraudulent charge. I would recommend that everyone stay away from this website.
