So I first ordered an XL t-shirt on December 15, had not heard anything about anything for almost a month so I sent an email, no reply for a while, so I left a review on another site. I noticed that whenever they reply to negative reviews (they are almost all negative), they blame the customer every single time. That's a big no no. And only after seeing and replying to my review, did they FINALLY respond to my email, with a bull excuse. Long story short, I finally received my shirt on Jan. 25. That is absolutely ridiculous and their team has absolutely no CS skills or communication skills whatsoever. When I finally unpackaged the shirt, it was the cheapest, thinnest material I have ever seen for a t-shirt and was EXTREMELY small, just absolutely poor quality. I ordered XL and what I got would fit a size S/M. Also, do not even try to return anything, because they only offer store credit and YOU have to pay for the shipping. Why would I ever want to buy anything else or do any kind of business at all again with this complete scam of a site? Also, I'm not saying it was them, but I originally payed for the shirt with a credit card through Paypal, and a couple of days later someone hacked two of my credit cards through Paypal spending hundreds of dollars of them. I had to cancel my cards, change passwords, and order new ones. Thankfully Paypal is amazing and refunded my money. I also had not purchased anything else with my cards that week besides this shirt. So again, I'm not saying it was them, but what a coincidence lol. Overall, this was just the worst buying experience I have ever had and RockMerch needs to be shut down all together.
