Ordered two dresses in April. Followed up twice by e-mail. No response. Got my bank involved. Only then, in June, they responded saying they will send the dresses. Three weeks later they send ONE dress that's nothing like the one I ordered online: poor material (the website said cotton and i got poly), and not even close to the design. I am uploading below the dress I recieved vs. the dress I ordered. Not to mention they have never reimbursed me for the other dress (or this fake dress).

I recently purchased an overseas flight ticket with Swiss Airlines through Priceline. During the entire purchase process, it was clearly indicated that I was buying an "economy" ticket. Priceline also sent me a confirmation and itinerary clearly stating "economy". It was only when I arrived to the airport for check-in that I realized Priceline actually sold me a "light economy" ticket for an overseas flight (JFK-Sarajevo) for $1310 without bags included. I felt terribly disappointed to have to pay $120 extra. Priceline should indicate clearly what one is buying.

I'v never left a review on any travel agent before, but this is the worst experience ever. I cannot believe their customer service. They put me on hold first time for a whole hour, and second time I just hang up after being on hold for 20 min.
During the booking of the flight, it said I had two checked bags included (see photo attached), but when I got the confirmation from the airline, it said no bags. So, that's why I called and they were unwilling to help and I just wish I had read other people's reviews before using them. I will certainly never use JustFly again.
