I've not been there all that long, but it seems a good place. I can't get their chat room to work, but so far the staff here have been decent with me. They seem to understand mental health problems, not just anxiety but things like personality disorders as well (one of which I have got).

Their website, however, I have a common car and they never have the right things in stock, I've had to start taking my car to the local garage even to get stuff like windscreen wipers changed, bulbs changed etc, as Halfords website literally never have the right stuff in stock for Toyotas, my own toyota is a very common type round here and even the local branch of Halfords never have the right things in.

The main admin there claims to be a psychologist (or psychiatrist, I never have been sure which), but as well as not understanding learning disabilities, he also does not understand traumas. I said about something that happened to me when I was 19 (in PM after i got in trouble, to partly explain to him why I was in trauma mode, and instead of telling me what happened to me was not my fault, he decided to completely ignore that comment to him, instead he acted like I was to blame for the things that happened.

And the icing on the cake, is they won't delete my account, the times I have asked them to. I told them this time I dare not post there now, and so far haven't recieved anything at all back from them (to be fair I only sent that request an hour ago), but I have in the past asked for account deletion and they never deleted it, they clearly don't want me there so I don't get why they won't delete my account. Another forum I go to, when I've talked of traumas on there, even the admins there have been kind telling me I'm not responsible, but this forum? The main admin loves blaming members (without literally coming out with "that abuse was your fault") for the abuse any of us have been through. He won't say to us that we are not responsible for it, which means, to my way of thinking, that he thinks it IS our faults.

So yeah, avoid this forum like it's got the plague.

Edit: they have finally deleted my account. If I rejoin at any point, it will only be to keep in touch with the decent members I got to know a bit.

Edited to add: I gave it one final try and they decided to accuse me of "putting other members in danger" literally just cause I asked questions about the ignored list things, they forced me to put one member on ignored cause apparently I was triggering him - yet he kept looking at my profile and looking up what I was doing on the forum, so he cannot have been THAT triggered. Told them to delete the account, and this time I will never return. Their treatment of me has caused even further damage to my mental health.

Another edit: they still won't delete my account, it's clear this forum is not run by good people. There is a serious reason why I keep asking them to delete my account but they decided to suspend it instead and are never answering emails or correcting their mistake. Admin of this forum are not decent people at all. Them not deleting my account is making my mental health worse from the stress of it.

Tried to add this as a comment but it got removed, I don't trust the admins there at all now, due to the whole not deleting accounts to prevent stalkers from looking through posts and gathering information. They wouldn't even email me to promise in writing that they would not pass on any information to my stalky ex if he ever contacts them, which causes me to believe that they would pass information onto him. I didn't want to have to say this in this review but they have left me zero choice now.

Sadly now it looks like they are closing it down. I cannot log in, it does not recognise my email address so refuses to send me a email to reset my password, the contact us thing no longer works and it does not accept new registrations either.

4 stars though because back when it was still active, if someone was having a problem and needed cat advice, there was loads of people there who would post to help.

Real life stuff meant I didn't log in for ages, then when I tried to head back there, it wouldn't let me...

It's not a large community but it has amazing people on there. It's recently changed hands but the admins there are very fair even after the forum getting sold :)

Most of the time there's no problems, just the occasional time when something goes missing in the post (I've ordered loads from smile amazon and there's only been a couple of times when something has gone missing in the post due to being misplaced by the post office)

I have it set so it donates to a animal charity I have supported for a couple of years, since adopting from them.

I can't speak for selling anything there, but from the buying side of it, some items arrive faster than others. Depends on the seller.

Everyone is very understanding and kind on this forum, There's been a couple of times when I went into meltdown mode and have recieved support there, they truly understand mental health disorders. They even have a chat room!:D
