I placed an order over 2 months ago. They took the money out of my account immediately and I have still not received the package. I asked for a refund and they said to give it more time due to it being shipped already. I tracked the package and it shows it never shipped. Terrible customer service. When a customer says they never received their package, issue a refund! Especially when the package shows it never shipped.
