Following my initial review, FastGrowingTrees.com reached out and offered to replace the tree that had died within the Alive and Thrive guarantee period. It has been received and was in good shape.

We had great guides for our rafting trip, but we had horrible customer service trying to book our experience. We booked online for my daughter and myself to do an upper river rafting trip and a lower river kayaking trip. We processed and paid for the trips, and were directed to a link where we could complete our waivers, which we did immediately. I discovered that because my daughter is 11, she would not be allowed to do the kayaking due to policy. I called customer service within 15 minutes of the purchase and having discovered this, and I was informed that there no-refund policy meant that we would have to take the lower rafting experience (I couldn't just cancel the kayaking part, because that would be a refund) the lower rafting is a much lower classification experience, which wasn't really that much fun for either of us. Again, the guides were great, but for the second half of our day, we would have rather been elsewhere.
