Almost 10 months using their "so-called" service. 3 times, my site has been unreachable, first time, about a day until it got fixed, after I found out, second time about 2 days, now, it's been 3 days... and counting... According to their service level agreement, after 45 minutes, they should give you a refund... well forget about that as well, I've asked the second time, and the person told me I was after the 45 days...
I've hosted my first client there, now my second one is hosted elsewhere, I've lost enough with them, I certainly don't want loosing another client because of the bad quality of service they are getting from the hosting company.
They are innexpensive, but you get what you paid for... maybe a bit less...
