I've asked for the company's address 3 times via email in the last week. I am being totally ignored.

The t-shirt was horrible quality

When we finally got the t-shirt, it was such poor quality. I paid $45 for a shirt I should not have even paid $10 for. The lettering in the name on the back was totally crooked, the word "adidas" didn't even have the holes punched out of the name. The decal itself was already peeling away from the front. I sent pictures to the company and asked for a refund. I was told I would have to ship it back to them first, paying over $15 in international shipping fees! Please, NEVER do business with this company. Horrible prices, horrible products and horrible customer service!

I ordered a shirt for my son's birthday. My bad for not doing research on this website. After 3 attempts to order, I contact "help" and was told to try again, and that if it goes thru more than once I would be reimbursed. REALLY? They take your money right away but it takes 7-10 business days to get it back. I finally ordered the shirt, not being aware this place was in China. Again, this was for my son's birthday. I had never received confirmation of the order, or even confirmation of shipping. I contacted help again, and was told they would send a free hat for my problems. I finally got the shirt (after my son's birthday) evidently due to the Chinese New Year. Guess what? No hat. I contacted help yet again, and was told next time I order I would get a discount and they would ship the hat then. Ummmm, no I won't be ordering from this company again, keep the damn hat!
