I have to give this gentle man working there name Lacho U. 100 stars for solving the issue I was having with my domain email. Communicating over chats can be cumbersome time to time, it can be difficult to get right down to the issue. He was very good to collect information about my issue, he solved it so swiftly. Unbelievably talented. I had so many online assistance in the past, however, I must say I never had any negative experiences with Siteground, though, I must say that my experience with Lacho was the best so far. I would highly recommend Siteground over any other server. You get what you pay for!
