This was our go to every weekend for over a year. Now, within the past two months three separate accounts have not been able to be used. I've called customer service multiple times. I was told that a tech form was filled out and I would hear from them. Needless to say I have heard NOTHING! So upset and disappointed

I talked with more than two people before arriving to pick up my rental. I told them I was using a debit card. They said all that I needed to bring was my debit card and Id. When I arrived today the manager asked for two utility bills. And stated that they couldn't have any past due amounts. When do people, who use debit cards not owe something on their bills? It is apparent that Enterprise now caters to the rich and famous who have not been affected by the pandemic. I am done

I ordered on April 20,2020. Last update is May 25. When I contact them all HE does is send me another email with the tracking information. At least this time it was in English. But the plant beds are still not here. Don't buy anything from overseas.

Yep. Ordered on December 6,2019. Contacted store December 15. Contacted on December 23,2019. Received email on December 24,2019 that order had been shipped. Today is January 13,2020. No sign of any package. NO WORD FROM SCAMMERS... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
